Daze's mission is to simplify and make charging electric vehicles accessible to everyone. Together we design charging systems for individuals and businesses looking for the perfect balance between innovation and design.

Our company was born in 2016 from the intuition of two young mechanical engineers, Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni:

the DazePlug, a simple mechanical arm that has allowed the realization of the first prototype of driver automatic charger for electric vehicles.

Your role


As a technical support representative, your role will be to provide technical support to the sales network and customers, both in B2B and B2C channels.

You will also be responsible for supporting the entire sales network in both the pre-sale and after-sales phases, acting as a link between the sales department and the technical department.

The profile we are looking for
- diploma in technical disciplines (electrical/electronic/mechanical) providing the basic knowledge necessary to provide technical assistance to customers, suppliers and commercial.
- request previous experience of 1-2 years in technical assistance (in the field of electric mobility is a plus);
- know how to interact with the sales department and the technical department to provide technical assistance; s
- to interact with the customer and understand their needs, and also know how to communicate them to the company functions and the technical office;
- advanced knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);
- be an ace in interpersonal relationships, both with customers and suppliers, and never lose patience;
- be willing to make short trips to provide training courses in the national territory;
- advanced knowledge of Italian or English;
- advanced knowledge of Spanish, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
