    PosizioneProfileWe are looking for an accountable Technical Leader to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.

    You will schedule, plan, forecast and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

    You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of enterprise projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and services to support Clients' operations.

    For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals.

    You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Project Technical Leader, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
    Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects' lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

    Major ResponsibilitiesPrepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projectsMonitor compliance to practices, QA policies, performance standards and specificationsAssign responsibilities and mentor project teamReview engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actionsSupport the team in the adoption of new technologies and designing patterns.

    Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement web solutionsDeliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are metDevelop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specificationsCommunicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasksHighlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issuesRequired SkillsProven work experience as a Technical Project Leader5+ years of C# .NET developmentHands-on experience with SPA frameworks (preferably Angular)Deep understanding of OO & SOLID principlesYou've used best-of- breed techniques and architectures (e.g.

    DDD/Event Driven Architecture, TDD/BDD, REST, SOA/micro-services, CQRS)Exceptional understanding of continuous integration systemsFamiliarity with distributed system (including logging, configuration and monitoring)Experience with message broker softwareExperience on building code that runs on cloud environments using PaaS mode (preferably azure)Understanding of containerization principles and frameworks (Docker)Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSSCommunication and team management skillsBSc in Computer Science or relevant fieldPersonal CharacteristicsShows commitment to the company, its stakeholders, and clients.

    Comprehensive knowledge of networking:
    routers, switches, firewall, load balancer configuration & setup;In-depth understanding of UDP, TCP, IPv4, IPv6, multicast.

    BGP is a plus;Sharp troubleshooting skills;Ability to work independently;Solid experience with dynamic routing protocols;Ability to deal with Wi-Fi networks:

    configuration & setup;Ability to manage DNS services;VoIP technical skills and experiences preferred;Experience with Windows clusters and MSSQL database is a plus;Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory.
