A REGULAR DAY AT WORK As Head of Sales, you will be responsible to coordinate the Food Service Sales Department in Spain as well as create the strategy, development and implementation of commercial activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, coach and develop direct reports Designing the mid/long term strategic plans, translating Electrolux Professional strategy into an implementation model that is delivered within the territory Translating sector strategy into a implementation model that is delivered within Spain Determining market share growth targets at levels that are sustainable and in line with group commercial strategy Delivering ongoing profitable growth through commercial innovation and maximising market share Responsible for the management and delivery of the P&L Create value by optimizing sales performance and ensuring ongoing profitable sales growth in volume and value Evaluating and minimising commercial risksContinuously analysing market trends and developments that will maximise the impact of delivering the commercial strategy Ensure correct pricing management and terms & conditions Support profitable development of key accounts Management of a cross functional team whilst working in partnership with other functions in a matrix organisation Customer relationship management, bringing the customer into the company Creating a sustainable environment to encourage talent development that delivers on the commercial strategy needs YOU Commercially focused Product/Service knowledge Market knowledge CRM and Sales Force Knowledge Customer relationship management Consultative problem solving Self-appraisal and continuous learning Finance basics Strategic Leadership Operational Leadership EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Experience of 5 to 10 years in the sale of equipment Knowledge of direct and indirect sales in B2B environments Animation and follow-up of a distribution network and reseller installers / distributors Know how to communicate both orally and in writing Have professional Spanish & English, both written and oral Mastery of office tools:
