We are currently looking for a Development Manager to join a growing renewables infrastructure fund in Milan, Italy.

We are currently looking for a Development Manager to join a growing renewables infrastructure fund in Milan, Italy.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage endtoend development projects, including origination.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external teams involved in the development project.
  • Supervise external contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Issue project plans and budgets.
  • Generate new project ideas whilst working with the internal investment team.
  • Build and nurture new and existing relationships with investors, stakeholders and contractors.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Finance, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years experience working as a development/project manager.
  • Understanding of infrastructure, particularly renewables, and/or sustainable infrastructure.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
