Wine Tasting and Reception Assistant (Fluent English, PC and Social Media Skills)

We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for a Wine Tasting and Reception Assistant with fluent English and proficiency in PC and social media skills.

Our company is a renowned winery located in a beautiful vineyard region, and we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with wine tastings and receptions for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience.
Conduct wine tastings, guiding guests through the wine selection process, and providing detailed information about our wines.
Set up and maintain wine tasting stations, ensuring they are clean, organized, and wellstocked.
Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, maintaining cash registers, and managing inventory.
Coordinate wine club memberships, including signups, renewals, and shipments.
Manage reservations and bookings for wine tastings and events, both inperson and online.
Utilize PC and social media skills to update our website, post engaging content on social media platforms, and assist with online marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Strong proficiency in using PCs and common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite or Open Office suite.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, for managing social media accounts and posting engaging content.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge and passion for wine, including understanding wine varietals, production processes, and wine tasting techniques.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Contratto di lavoro:
Part-time, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Orari part-time: 30 a settimana

Stipendio:
a partire da €7,00 all'ora
