For a global multi-sector, multi-channel business company, with a major presence in a large, growing, and underpenetrated markets, we are now looking for a:

Business Integration Analyst EMEA

Implementation of Integration Plan
Cash flow forecast;
Reporting package setup (KPIs, monthly P&L, actuals vs acquisition / management case variance etc.)
Forecast and Budget development;
Working capital management;
Project / Product analysis: support the management in preparation of profitability analysis for products / range of products / projects etc.;
Company cash pooling setup;
Price adj. activities related to acquisitions;
Presentation for key meetings (Monthly business review, Boards, Banks etc.);
Design and Implement Forecast and Budget process;
Support in the potential acquisition process preparing analysis regarding products, profitability, synergies, value creation plans, etc.
Monthly financial review.
Minimun of 12 years work experience in a big four consulting team (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY), a leading consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, A&M or Alix Partners) or in Internal Audit (US-GAAP or SOX experience a plus)
Prior experience in postintegration processes will be considered as a plus.
Excellent communication skills
MS Office advanced
Fluent in spoken and written English other languages an advantage
