Descrizione
Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the domestic and international Tax Compliance activities for direct ( IRPEF/IRAP, 770, CU, Compliance, Tax Incentives) and indirect taxes (VAT, IMU/REG), in order to comply with the relevant tax legislation, seizing opportunities and minimizing tax risks
  • Determination of the tax provision in the forecasting and budgeting processes (P&L, B/S, CF) according to the IFRS standards
  • Management of the activities related to tax audits and other relations with the tax authorities and external auditors
  • Management of the tax issues related to active contracts
  • Analysis of the new Italian tax regulations and interpretations with tax impact on the Group
  • Evaluation of the tax aspects in extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, transfers, etc.)

Requirements:


  • Indepth knowledge of domestic and international legislation on Balance Sheet, VAT and taxation
  • At least 10 years of experience in Consulting Firms or Industrial Companies
  • Fluency in English
Education

Master's Degree in Economics
