    Grivel, fondata nel 1818 ai piedi del Monte Bianco, è leader mondiale nella produzione di attrezzatura tecnica per la montagna e l'arrampicata.     Che ruolo avrai in Grivel?
    Cerchiamo, a partire dalla prima settimana di marzo,, uno/a stagista motivato/a e preciso/a da inserire nel team eCommerce. Il ruolo è operativo e prevede la gestione di tre siti eCommerce (Europa, Stati Uniti e Giappone), supporto al customer care e collaborazione con canali marketplace, oltre al coinvolgimento in progetti eCommerce e marketing. La risorsa riporterà direttamente all'Head of eCommerce.
    Cosa farai?
    1 | Gestione dei siti eCommerce:
    Caricamento e aggiornamento di contenuti visuali e testuali
    Creazione e aggiornamento delle schede prodotto
    Supporto alle attività di merchandising
    Controlli di qualità su contenuti e dati prodotto
    2 | Customer care e gestione ordini:
    Supporto all'assistenza clienti tramite sistema di ticketing
    Gestione di modifiche ordine, cancellazioni e resi
    Supporto operativo alle richieste provenienti dai marketplace
    Inserimento e verifica accurata dei dati
    3 | Progetti eCommerce e marketing:
    Supporto a iniziative eCommerce e marketing digitale
    Attività di analisi e reporting di base
    Supporto al miglioramento dei processi operativi
    Strumenti utilizzati: Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, NetSuite, Excel
    Chi cerchiamo?
    Preferibile formazione di livello Master
    Precedente esperienza o tirocinio in eCommerce, marketing digitale, gestione siti web o customer care costituisce un plus
    Buona base in Excel, con capacità di utilizzare tabelle pivot e funzioni di ricerca (CERCA.VERT o equivalenti)
    Italiano e inglese fluenti
    Orientamento al cliente, precisione, capacità organizzative e proattività
    Attitudine operativa, con interesse anche per l'analisi
    Passione per gli sport outdoor apprezzata, ma non necessaria
