Job Summary:
We are looking for Global Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Biomarkers business within the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD).

This role is responsible of analyzing and interpreting IVD/immunoassay market, epidemiological and customer information and report out findings in regular basis to guide decision-making supporting product line market expansion and growth acceleration.

The role is responsible of creating reports and dashboards to clearly communicate key finding to the intended audience.

This role works closely with Business Intelligence Manager, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Business leadership to identify best data sources and type of information depending in the topic.

Person in this role will also support development of key business intelligence processes to ensure consistent and efficient reporting and integration into overall business processes.

What will you do Analyze and interpret IVD market, epidemiologic and digital marketing information, create and update dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders in a monthly basis in a monthly basisCollect data from various sources (internal/external database, web, social media, 3rd party data providers etc) and identify best sources and type of information for each topic.

Partner with finance and business intelligence manager to create monthly business performance reports and dashboards Support development of key business intelligence processes and train respective stakeholders.

Excel data mining and analyzing to translatemarket intelligence into concise presentation formats to guide discussion and critical decision making for intended audience.

Support market intelligence and research project vendor recruiting process, communication and guidance throughout the project Collaborate across functional teams to provide analytics support for recurring business operating mechanisms, as well as ad-hoc, time sensitive requests to advance key initiatives.

Bachelors degree in science, business, data analytics, or relevant fieldQualifications:2- years of data analytics working experiencesExperience in a similar role within IVD market highly preferredStrong analytical and critical logic, with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Psychology or MathematicsSolid technical background:
skills with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data mining in Excel, PowerPoint designing. Experience with digital marketing tools (Adobe Analytics) and CRM (SFDC preferredfortable with dealing varied data source/inputs, and detail orientedAbility to communicate in writing and verbally in English with all levels in the businessDelivery of high-quality outputs with mínimal supervisionWorking intensity attitude and results driven mindset, strong sense of responsiveness and ownershipSupportive and service mindset, collaborative working style and interpersonal skillsProven fast learning capability and continuous improving mindsetGood organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyfortable with remote workingExperience in working as a part of global multicultural matrix organization
