With the aim of strenghtening the Controlling Team in the management of sales and costs areas, we are recruiting a

Junior Controller

She/He will prepare financial statements and analyze the company's financial data, ensuring their accuracy and integrity to achieve the strategic goals of Fidia Farmaceutici.

Main responsibilities:

Contribute to budget and periodic forecasting activities;
Support in preparing and analyzing financial and economic statements and monitoring actual results, compared to budget and forecast;
Review financial data and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends and identifying potential areas of concern;
Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals;
Maintain accurate and updated financial records and documentation;
Support in preparing analyses of sales, margins and costs, identifying deviations from targets;
Assisting in the preparation of documentation required by external entities, such as Confindustria, ISTAT and other authorities;
Conduct research on accounting issues and best practices and support the Controlling Team in the implementation of projects and strategic corporate initiatives.

Requisitions:

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or Statistics;
Two years of working experience in the same role;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence tools;
Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills;
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
