Posizione:
We are looking for a talented and motivated
Content Management Specialist, reporting to the Head of Global Corporate Communications, in charge of producing, managing, and distributing multimedia content, reinforcing the deployment of the Corporate Communications strategy on all Communications touchpoints, with a focus on Owned Media.
The goal
Creating and managing content on all communications' touchpoints, improving awareness about them, internally and externally, also engaging internal business partners.
Main activities
- Collecting, organizing, and consolidating information from an internal network of experts from different Service Lines, Industries, and countries;
- Elaborating knowledge materials and content formats (e
g:
blog posts, news, case studies, one-pagers, etc.), working directly with JAKALA colleagues and customers;
- Collaborating with JAKALA SEO experts on optimizing the content to maximize its search results;
- Contributing to the definition of a consistent content strategy dedicated to the brand new JAKALA corporate website;
- Contributing to the definition of a coherent editorial plan for internal and external stakeholders, also producing internal newsletters and social media posts.

Capabilities
- Excellent IT skills with advanced proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge of Content managements tools is an asset;
- Ability to produce highquality written materials (including graphicallybased PowerPoint presentations as well as text documents);
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients and colleagues;
- Flexibility, proactivity, and teamwork.
Languages
Written and spoken fluency in English is required.
Intermediate working knowledge in another UN language, such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Russian would be a plus.
