Why can't we deliver from a GIDC location? Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facing

Why can't we deliver at a lower job level? We need to hire senior developers with strong DWH Methodology knowledge, strong technical competencies on DWH tools and strong competencies on AWS Cloud Architecture and services

It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than L4

Why can't we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation, low billability pools?
