City Sightseeing Genova is currently seeking highly motivated Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join the team. This is an outdoor job based on shifts, April/October. Sales experience? Awesome, but not necessary. We can teach you everything you need to know.

Top candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal at least in English and Italian and a third mandatory language.

Knowledge of the Spanish language is preferential.


You will learn to:

• actively approach tourists and potential customers, distribute brochures to passers-by and sell tickets to all interested parties;
• issue tickets to customers and the collection of money;
• advertise and promote the Company in a positive manner;
• provide exceptional customer service by offering a warm welcome and highlighting the products and services on offer, identifying individual needs to ensure they receive the very best experience in Genova. If you love Genova and work with people this could well be the role for you.
