What we are looking for
Within our Corporate office in Milan, we are looking for a General Accounting Specialist for our finance division.

**Primary Responsibilities

Analyses of purchase requisition and orders in particular focus on tangible and intangible assets to ensure the correct capitalization and depreciation;
Support other departments on the assets write off process;
Manage ISTAT requests of company data;
Monthend activity reconciliations, account variance analysis, accruals and general accounting journal entries;
Support the manager for local tax obligations payment and related cost analyses;
Preparation of any supplier reconciliations if needed.

Other Responsibilities

Support a documented system of accounting policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Law 262/200
Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responding to inquiries.
