We are looking for a
Field Service Coordinator,
committed to Digital Industries business (Core Automation)
, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan
within the Customer Services **area.

Your Challenge
As
Field Service Coordinator your mission will be to manage Service requests, focusing on Customer satisfaction and business performances.
Some of the main activities will be:
- Schedule on-site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians in Italy and/or Abroad;
- Purchase and deliver spares, if requested, to restore machine downtimes;
- Prepare offers and handle customer's orders;
- Strict collaboration with the stakeholders of the Business Units in order to identify together a tailormade strategy towards the customers;
- Management of third vendors: from the bidding phase, till the cost splitting phase, ensuring a blooming collaboration with them;
- Follow customers in all the Field Service relatedphases starting from the recording of their ticket
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Human sciences, Economics, Engineering
- Proven experience in Customer Service (preferred)
- SAP basic knowledge (preferred)
- Microsoft Office basic knowledge
- Ability to face issues and to prioritize tasks and activities
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Passion to neverstop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
