Job summary
We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Marketing Controlling Specialist to join our Finance Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).- Support the Sales & Marketing Controlling Team by providing financial insights and strategic analysis to optimize marketing investments and drive profitable growth.
- Monitor the full funnel performance - from lead generation to conversion rates and AOVs - evaluating ROI across different marketing activities and supporting the Sales Team both in HQ both in the subsidiaries.
