As a Content Marketing Intern at AKQA, you will learn to work on projects with a strong focus on content (especially editorial plans and content production, supporting senior figures in delivering also content strategies, shootings, marketing activations).

You will be part of the entire lifecycle of a content creation process, ensuring the accomplishment of client objectives, with a strong focus on quality and timing.

Based either in our Milan or Venice offices, you will join a disciplined cross-functional team focused on delivering outstanding outcomes while having fun and learning from each other.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Manage editorial plans through the entire lifecycle, including the creation of each single content, ensuring the accomplishment of client objectives, with a strong focus on quality and timing
Support senior content marketing managers in other editorial projects (such as shootings and content strategy)
Manage the Community Management tasks with the outsourcers and the client If required (publishing, comments and caring tasks)
Partner and collaborate with creative professionals (such as Art Directors or Copywriters) to design all the contents needed
Partner and collaborate with the Data Science & Consumer Insight team in order to give the right insights about the published contents performed
Ensure resources availability and allocation
Facilitate an effective communication and collaboration among the editorial teams involved in the project
Ensure accuracy and reliability in all clientfacing interactions
Learn and understand how a project is performing financially

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Interest in managing content marketing projects. Previous experience in digital or creative agency is a plus.
Knowledge of the latest digital trends and social media platforms
Attention to detail and to the quality of each content produced
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to hold presentations, communicating ideas in a clear and credible way
Driven by enthusiasm and willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
Proactiveness and accountability in every task you are assigned
Ability to fostering constructive dialogue and discussion, always listening to feedback and different points of view
Ability to work in a collaborative way, adopting a curious, humble and sharingoriented approach in the daily job.
Able to interact with professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
