Position Summary:


The Director of Network Partner Management is responsible for managing Newland Chase's global network partnership model to deliver optimal supply chain solutions and globally consistent service delivery.

This role oversees and supports the operational management, relationship management, and issue resolution for our network of global supplier partners, which includes but is not limited to supporting RFI and RFP projects to regularly select or re-select our network of suppliers, negotiating scope and pricing, vetting and onboarding suppliers, putting contracts in place, providing training internally and externally on CIBT policies, processes and procedures, establishes and monitors performance standards, and measures results.

In collaboration with Service Delivery Leaders, Head of Immigration Strategy, and Commercial leaders, the Director of Network Partner Management provides operational and strategic inputs to the design and execution of our Network Partnership strategy.


The Network Partner Management function supports all areas of the CIBT business to understand supplier capabilities and commitments including scope of services, service level agreements and fee arrangements and margins.

Responsibilities:

Drives and Executes Network Partner Strategy & Relationship Management

  • In collaboration with the Global Immigration Hub & NP Leaders & Immigration Business Strategy Leader, drives and executes global immigration strategy through operational management of a network partnership model including managing the sourcing, selection, and management of a network of suppliers
  • Manages execution of global sourcing initiatives; develops standards, tools and templates and desired selection criteria for suppliers, supports pricing negotiations, and executes contracts with Network Partners
  • In collaboration with Immigration Strategy Leader and Commercial Leadership, supports planning efforts to ensure future demand from growth targets is factored into supply chain planning with Network Partners and Network Partner Management team
  • Maintains strong relationships with existing and prospective Network Partners

Manages Operations of Global Network Partner Model

  • Supports responses to RFIs and RFPs to represent Newland Chase's strong relationship with network suppliers, enabling successful service delivery to clients
  • Proactively liaises with Service Delivery Leaders and Network Partner team to identify suppliers that would benefit from a global consolidation strategy, e.g. by broadening geographic coverage for the supported services to increase efficiency and to drive profitability
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Leadership and Head of Immigration Strategy to provide input on pricing models and drive negotiations and contracting with key suppliers, in line with the global supplier fee structure
  • Manage all aspects of Network Partner Management function, involving daily engagement with team members as well as both internal and external stakeholders on supply chain related matters

Manages Global Network Supplier Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • In collaboration with Regional Hub Leaders, monitors and reports key performance indicators related to volume, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality across Network Partners; with input from Regional Hub Teams, conducts regular Network Partner performance reviews
  • Communicates CIBT policies, processes, procedures, and technology to Regional Hub Teams and Network Partners and ensures partners are compliant
  • Triages and resolves operational challenges and service delivery issues with Network Partners, escalates issues to Global Immigration Hub & NP Leader & Immigration Business Strategy Leader for support as needed
  • In conjunction with Finance and Regional Hub Leaders, ensures timely Regional Network Partner invoicing and payment including actively managing communications with suppliers
  • Works closely with Regional Network Partners on strengthening their processes and service delivery
  • Monitors client satisfaction metrics and drives resolution of issues impacting service delivery; provides support to regional teams to solve risks and issues impacting service delivery performance including putting into place and monitoring performance improvement action plans
  • Supports Global Hub Leaders and Service Delivery Leaders in identification, design, implementation, and adoption of operational efficiencies, automation opportunities, and improvement initiatives within Network Partner model
  • Monitors and analyses noncompliance instances with a view to identifying trends and proactively suggesting procedural and system enhancements to existing protocols.

Designs and Oversees Onboarding, Training, & Integration of Network Partners

  • Designs, oversees and maintains, Networ
