Fratelli is looking for a student or a newly graduate for a 4 month internship opportunity within the Design Thinking team team and Nutrition team, within our RD&Q Group, based in our HQ in Parma.

Brief Description

The internships aim at training the person in managing a complex innovation project using Design Thinking approach and learn how to build a better user experience for internal knowledge management tools.

The activities will be carried out in a hybrid work context.

Key Activities

UX design
Nutrition & Wellbeing: guided by a design coach by the expert of the Nutrition & Wellbeing team, you will interact with different company stakeholders to understand and design a better user experience to access nutritional material, identifying how to engage an promote knowledge transfer & sharing within the internal ecosystem.

Qualifications

Master's student in Service Design, Design or related fields.
Excellent academic track
Fluency in English and Italian
Proactivity
Ability to work both alone, and in a team
Curiosity
