We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Product Size & Fit Specialist to join the Studio team.

Reporting into:
Global Size & Fit Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

  • Cooperate on-set with the stylist and photographer, ensuring each item is shot in the correct size and represented correctly in terms of Size and Fit
  • Provide accurate and engaging fit information to the customer through the Size and Fit copy, adding relevant notes to the company system using the Size and Fit guidelines
  • Coordinate refitting sessions for NET-A-PORTER.COM and MR PORTER-
  • Where relevant attend designer clinics and brand academies on behalf of size & fit and relaying any relevant information back to the team
  • Maintain competitor awareness to ensure our product page information is constantly a step ahead of the industry competition, whilst initiating and presenting ideas for improvement
  • Supporting the team with the day to day upload process by carrying out any ad-hoc duties necessary

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of garment technical aspects affecting the fit is essential.
  • Excellent standard of written English
  • articulate, with good spelling and grammar.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change and last minute requests.
  • Experience of working with patterns, prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Vast knowledge of materials, production methods and finishing techniques.
  • Experience of working within fit sessions.
  • Demonstrated high understanding of luxury customer shopping habits.
