The purpose of this call is to establish a talent pool (reserve list) that may be used for the recruitment of staff when a position becomes available.

Are you a highly motivated professional with experience in orchestrating and managing events of different nature? Join our dynamic Corporate Services team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of scientific and institutional events of the European Safety Authority

The events organisation sector has evolved significantly over the years. Initially, events were primarily managed manually with limited technology involvement. However, with technological advancements, they have undergone a transformation.


Your key responsibilities

  • Event coordination and execution: based on the yearly workplan, oversee and coordinate scientific and institutional events of different type, such as physical, virtual and hybrid events, webinars, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for delegates;
  • Coordination and care of hospitality practices: ensure the implementation of positive experience for delivering highquality hospitality services and practices in view of a topnotch customer experience;
  • Vendor relationships: work closely and ensure strong and effective relationship with service providers to ensure reliable support for events organisation;
  • Datadriven approach: to improve decisionmaking and personalised event experiences, use of data analytics gathering insights into attendee preferences and behaviours;
  • Contract and budget management: ensure contractual and financial compliance for activities related to events and hospitality services performed by service providers, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial allocations;
  • Quality control: implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold standards in service delivery;
  • Continuous innovation: identify technological solutions and opportunities for improvement in hospitality services and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for guests;
  • Emphasis on sustainability: further to the growing emphasis on sustainable event practices, incorporate ecofriendly elements, reduce
waste and adopt green technologies to align with environmental concerns.
