Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a
PRODUCT MANAGER ONCOLOGY to join our Oncology Lung Department located in Milan.

The
PRODUCT MANAGER ONCOLOGY will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives. They will report directly to the Business Unit Lead Oncology.

Contributing to the overall development of a local brand strategy and defining the Marketing Plan;
Actively participating to CVT (Country Value Team) by bringing valuable contribution in order to maximize the business opportunity, anticipate local barriers, and mitigate threats;
Leveraging the patient journey to identify value pools and to bring differentiating solutions;
Identifying "place in therapy" in which the brand should add Value;
Developing promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies;
Shaping and contributing to the EMEA marketing functional network activities and squads;
Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities and threats;
Developing marketing strategies using traditional and omnichannel communication tools;
Identifying motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of external environment and competitive dynamics;
Engaging with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels;
Interacting with Field Force and external stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions;
Developing and managing relationship with key opinion leaders;
Contributing to the development of product business plans and to their flawless execution in time, quality, and budget
Ensuring the usage of CRM system to communicate with clients and to promote our product.

Qualifications:

Degree in Pharmacy/Biology or other Life Science or Economics or equivalent;
Post graduate Master or Specialization is preferred;
Significant experience (24 years) in pharmaceutical marketing is mandatory;
Previous experience within the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred;
Fluency in English and Italian is required

This position is located in Milan and will require up to 30% domestic and/or international travel.
