Her/His primary activity is in organizing all activities that from Compliance Department stand point have to be performed by the third parties (Suppliers), in order to make CNH Industrial compliant with laws, regulations and custom declarations, required from different Countries and Governments.

He/she is the main reference for the Compliance department, Purchasing community and whatever other function potentially interested, for everything concerns Compliance related to third parties supplier matters.

The activity requires liaise with other different departments, like:

AMS Purchasing, ICT, Finance and with the other System & Process Regional dept and Purchasing Procedure.

He/she is responsible to be well acculturated and trained by Compliance dpt about what Compliance rulesrequire and to spread this knowledge inside Purchasing community at WW level and to our Supplier base, implementing processes, procedures, training initiatives and tools to facilitate the wider communication/acknowledgment.

For accomplishing the required activities within the regions, gets the support of both the Regional Heads of Purchasing and Global Heads of Commodity, in order to ensure targets achievement through Suppliers commitment; Main activities to be performed:

Assure suppliers declaration collection, implement follow up actions and escalation process. Specifically for Custom Declaration, works together with Compliance and Sales dept. in order to be constantly updated on Customs/Country specifications, to define target, evaluate economics impacts and define priorities.

Manages relations with all parts involved relations with third parties suppliers, with whom he/she has to collaborate, in order to organize the activities for collecting and providing requirements, giving feedback and agreeing on priorities.

Collaborate with Global Purchasing Procedures and Systems and Process to follow up the proper enhancement in Companys procedures and systems.
