Education required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Technology (e.g. industrial pharmacy, biology, chemistry, bio-engineering, business engineering, electro-mechanical engineering maintenance engineering; Biochemistry, Biological or Life Science, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Science). Graduation by Summer 2023
Language requirement:
Written and spoken fluency in English & Italian
Other requirements:
Willingness to be geographically (domestically) mobile throughout rotations; have right to work in Italy for the duration of the programme

The aim of this program is to develop the future engineering, operational and technical leaders within our Vaccines Manufacturing & Production sites.
Are you a graduate with strong problem-solving and influencing skills and a keen interest in production, quality and supply challenges? If so, you will, in this role, help us get vaccines to people in 90% of the world's countries.
In this highly scientific Manufacturing Operations and Quality Vaccines function we manufacture, formulate, fill, pack, control, release and deliver vaccines safely - a process that takes 15 to 18 months and uses cutting-edge technology.

What will you do?
You will get an insightful experience into the manufacturing side of our vaccines business, developing your expertise in production, quality and technical services or supply chain management, while broadening your global business perspective.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- get a good understanding of all areas of our Vaccines business on a tailored development programme
- discover how manufacturing, the quality function, technical services and supply chain work together
- learn about the cutting-edge technologies used in vaccines manufacturing
- follow our vaccines through the entire manufacturing process
- Be actively engaged in production operations
- Manage continuous improvement projects
- Develop business & process understanding
- Depending on your background, other rotations could be based in Quality, Production, Supply Chain or Technical Services/Maintenance/Engineering
- Understand the risk and compliance side of vaccine production
What are we looking for?
