    Trade Advocacy Specialist

    Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you'll be the go-to person for our Sales team in the field? Reporting directly to the Trade Advocacy Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving growth in the On Trade outlets.

    In this position, you'll be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by fostering strong relationships with On Trade outlets, driving rotation growth through activation and education of our focus brands. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for Sales, representing our full brand portfolio.

    Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality, consistent, and memorable brand experiences to consumers in designated venues, ensuring our brands stand out and running masterclasses for bartenders and hospitality staff to elevate our portfolio brands to first choice status. Additionally, you'll oversee WHS Trade Events & Trade Fairs in your assigned geographical area.

    With your expertise in spirits product knowledge and mixology, you'll leverage existing relationships and act as a trusted advisor to professionals in the industry. You'll also utilize assigned tools to monitor and evaluate performance against qualitative and quantitative objectives and KPIs.

    Contracted through a Temp Agency (contratto in somministrazione), you will be part of the Trade Advocacy Team and receive support and guidance from the Team Leader. If you're passionate about the spirits industry and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, we want you on our team

    The areas we are looking to cover are the following:

    • Verona, Bergamo, Brescia
    • Bari, Potenza
    • Roma, Napoli
    • Catania, Palermo

    Some of your responsibilities

    • Relationship Building & Advocacy. Forge lasting partnerships and provide value-added visits and brand trainings. Engage in social media communication and participate in Trade Fairs to promote advocacy. Inspire outlet staff enthusiasm through Masterclasses and bartender trainings.
    • Brand Experiences & Activations. Execute brand activations for the Super Premium PRI portfolio, ensuring consistency with brand positioning. Drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty through immersive experiences. Promote tasting opportunities directly to consumers during events.
    • Sales Support & Education. Collaborate with sales teams to boost brand distribution and rotation in point of sales. Assist with PRI assortment presentation, staff training, and new product presentations in outlets and potential customers.
    • Evaluation & Analysis. Optimize activities based on feedback and field insights. Share observations with Trade Marketing & Advocacy Expert to refine strategies during meetings.
    • Reporting. Deliver daily activity recaps and monitor KPIs using company tools.

    • Experience. With over 2 years in the Bartender community or Beverage Company, you bring deep expertise in mixology and spirits. Your understanding of commercial dynamics and negotiation skills is complemented by native proficiency in digital and social networks.
    • Key Competencies & Skills. Your results-driven approach, coupled with strong presentation and communication abilities, makes you a valuable team player. You possess a profound understanding of market trends and key players , maximizing business opportunities. You know how to activate strategies in alignment with brand, portfolio, market, and channel objectives. Creativity and innovation are your strengths, allowing you to generate and implement unique solutions. Holding HACCP certification , you're also proficient in Microsoft Office, you're fluent in Italian and have a good English, both written and spoken.
