The Resource, included in the
_Group's Risk Management Function_, in our
_Milan office_, will be involved in operational support activities aimed at ensuring the definition and evolution of the criteria and methodologies to support risk management activities by identifying and monitoring the significant risk dimensions for the Group, and monitoring the mitigation actions used.

Responsibilities

Operational analysis of the significant risk dimensions for the Group, with the Function Team, also supporting the reference Manager;
Updating and monitoring shortandmediumterm corporate liquidity flows and operational risks;
Periodical risk analysis of the Industrial Plan and Budget/Forecast;
Ad hoc indepth analysis on particular themes/risk elements and periodic analyses;
Supporting the Commercial Planning function, and monitoring that all targets are met;
Continuous development of Business Intelligence models and analyses to support risk assessments;
Supporting the creation and dissemination of a risk culture extended to the whole Group;

Requirements:

3/5 years of previous experience gained ideally in
complex multinational B2B companies and/or consulting firms;

Master's degree in economics or engineering

PMP certification or equivalent will be considered a plus;

Knowledge of budget analysis processes mandatory;:

Fluency in English; Knowledge of French will be considered a plus;:
Good knowledge of Internal Auditor professional standards and of the principles of the Internal Control and Risk Management System;
Developed interest in the most advanced ERM processes;
Excellent use of the main Microsoft IT packages;
