MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Engineering team the general administration of the Engineering Dept., including proper C.A.R.E (Clean And Repair Everything) and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, and equipment as technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control.
Learn to ensure that all work orders are closed efficiently once complete and are handled effectively
Support the team in checking on correspondences and documents before dispatching and filing.
Maintain and update as required a departmental filing system, which ensures that documentation is easily accessible
Time management: always be punctual for meeting deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

Efficiency, time management, punctuality
Excellent communication and organization skills
Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
Strong working computer technical skills including typing, Excel and Word
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
