JOB PURPOSE

  • We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative individual to join our esteemed team as a Junior Digital Designer. As a key player in our design team, you will be instrumental in crafting visually captivating and userfriendly interfaces for a variety of digital projects. Joining Prada as a Junior Digital UI Designer offers a unique opportunity for you to learn, grow, and contribute to the creation of innovative digital experiences in a collaborative environment.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update content in the editorial sections of Prada Group websites such as Prada, MiuMiu, Church's, Marchesi & CarShoe
  • Support the visual content design for ecommerce on Group Websites, WeChat miniprogram, Tmall, and similar
  • Collaborate with the content production and communication teams to align website updates with the communications calendar
  • Contribute to image and trend research for ecommerce content production
  • Assist in the design and production of digital assets and interactive elements, defining visual guidelines tailored for the ecommerce landscape
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing fresh and innovative design concepts to the table
  • Assist in the design process of new ecommerce launches, from concept and wireframing to content editing
  • Work closely with the content management team to seamlessly integrate design elements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Educational background in visual design, graphics design, UX/UI design or similar
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital UI design projects
  • Solid understanding of web best practices, design usability, user interface, accessibility and user experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate consistently and directly with different teams
  • Fluency in English for effective cooperation with local teams and external partners
  • Strong sensibility to brand aesthetics in the fashion industry, with specific attention to designing layouts, studying colors and typography
  • Attention to detail and precision, coupled with speed and initiative to meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
