- Conduct fit-gap analyses, advocating for standard solutions while tailoring customizations as needed.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and benchmarks to confirm proposed IT solutions.
- Hybrid: Primarily based at the Bologna Headquarters (60% onsite), with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40%.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following PLM systems: Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter, or Aras.
- Proficiency in at least one major CAD system, such as Solidworks or Creo.
- Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems is desirable.
- A proven history of successful project/program management.
- Programming expertise.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and maintenance of critical engineering applications. Your expertise in high-end PLM, CAD, CPQ, or Digital Documentation systems, coupled with a solid understanding of IT systems integration, will be key to driving our engineering department's technological advancements.
In this dynamic role, you will immerse yourself in the processes of various Coesia group companies, spearheading change requests to foster synergies and standardization. You are expected to lead transformational projects and programs across the board, needing up to 25% travel.
Reporting to the IT Manager for Engineering Applications, you will orchestrate resource coordination within an evolving organizational structure, aiming for seamless project executions.
