Main Duties & Responsibilities

Entity level- Fulfillment of entity's administrative, accounting and treasury requirements in coordination with administrative outsourcers and internal resources- Management of interim tax compliance- Management of monthly accounting closings and related analysis and control of results (also with external audit)- Management of group reporting activities (with WorkDay)- Drafting of the entity's annual financial statements in accordance with relevant legislation and Bank of Italy regulations- Supporting planning and control activities (budget, forecast and analysis of actuals)- Management of statistical and supervisory reporting related to the entity- Supporting the updating of corporate policies and procedures for aspects pertaining to its area of expertise

Fund level (Real Estate Fund, solar sector)- Fulfilling the administrative, accounting and treasury duties of the managed Fund, in coordination with administrative outsourcers and internal resources- Drafting the semi-annual and annual report of the Real Estate Fund- Management of statistical and supervisory reporting related to the managed Fund- Assisting the supervisory bodies, auditors, custodian bank and independent experts in charge of conducting semi-annual valuations of the assets of the Managed Fund- Implementation and management of Business Plans

Qualifications & Experience- 5+ years accounting / financial control experience in the asset management industry- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite package- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure- Good knowledge of the English language
