As a M&A Lawyer, you will be an integral part of the legal team, responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

Your role will involve overseeing the legal aspects of our M&A activities, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

You will work directly with the CEO.

You will advise and support the executive team and other stakeholders on M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

You will collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and business development, to assess the legal implications of proposed transactions and provide guidance on legal risks.

You will also liaise with external legal counsel, managing relationships and leveraging their expertise as needed.
