- You will manage order entry and processing through the SAP system
- You will prepare shipping documentation, including the required specifications for each individual country (EU and non-EU) in accordance with applicable regulations
- You will correctly apply national and international regulations and related administrative and legal requirements
- You will manage the verification of customs documents (customs bills)
- You will manage daily interactions with the ATS veterinarian and prepare export eligibility certificates
- You will work on a daily basis with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Administration, Planning, and Bolton International
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in similar roles is considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
