    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Streamline alignment within the training community, focusing on client-centric communication across the regions, ensuring continual awareness, alignment, and dedication to delivering an exceptional training experience;
  • Develop an external communication strategy for Retail Academy initiatives aimed at engaging, exciting, and attracting talent within the retail sector;
  • Collaborate with other departments on business priorities, always integrating 360 alignment within the learning plan and connecting all the dots for the end users;
  • Accountable for the sustaining of the client experience content, including selling ceremony, skills, gestures and product rituals, ensuring alignment with brand values, business objective and target audiences;
  • Maintain consistent quality in learning experiences across all touchpoints, including in-store activations, face-to-face classrooms, and digital platforms;
  • Promote the synthesis and consolidation of feedback and data to continuously enhance the learning curriculum;
  • Organize and facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings and discussions with the training and retail community;
  • Monitor the impact of training initiatives;
  • Manage the Retail Academy financial budgets; partnering with finance, and various stakeholder to ensure optimization of training resources and budgets;
  • Onboard new regional training team members with a dedicated induction to the Academy, providing enablers, guides and tools for success;
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the optimization of the global academy;
  • Support the development and execution of the omnichannel learning strategy aligned with brand and business priorities, including Go-To-Market strategies;
  • Ensure the completion of effective strategic presentations;
  • Take the lead on learning initiatives for the Outlet and travel retail channels, serving as the focal point for Gucci 9.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 10 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Over 5 years of experience in retail training
  • A strong background in luxury retail
  • Proven leadership skills in a managerial role
  • Project management and organization abilities with experience leading diverse projects and stakeholders
  • Capability to manage budgets
  • Skilled in prioritization and working with a strategic mindset
  • Proficient in data analytics and synthesis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent in English at a professional level
  • International experience is a plus
