    Job Description

    The role of Client Service & Operations Assistant Manager is a crucial position that requires exceptional customer care and administrative skills.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients on arrival, providing daily updates, and ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers. They will also be expected to handle client requests in a timely manner, troubleshoot issues when they arise, and ensure all ground suppliers are well-informed about client details. In addition to these responsibilities, the individual will assist with tasks such as uploading supplier information, producing reports, and coordinating with Copywriter for tour description creation.

    • Minimum 2 years experience in luxury travel industry or strong customer service background.
    • Professional proficiency in Italian & English speaking and writing.
