    Partner with the best The Customer Project Engineer will be accountable to ensure technical support to Application Engineers and Commercial teams leading multidisciplinary activities such as feasibility studies, technical risk assessment, including New Products/solutions early commercialization.

    As a Customer Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    Acting as the primary technical interface for Application Engineers, Commercial teams, and DTI teams during coordinated engineering efforts for project opportunities.

    Collaborating with the Application Engineering Team to identify optimal solutions that meet customer requirements and promote technical differentiation from competitors.

    Reviewing tender documentation, understand customer specifications, and translate them into technical solutions, including the development of P&ID, GA, comments, and exceptions for bid documentation.

    Gaining in-depth knowledge of Baker Hughes's technical documentation and machinery data to compare it with customer requests, ensuring alignment.
    Providing project leadership and technical direction for identified opportunities, incorporating robust technical risk management and mitigation strategies.

    Fostering digital growth by improving tool usage, implementing automation processes, and integrating organizational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce proposal time.


    To be successful in this role you will:
    Have a BSc or MSc in engineering with a focus on Turbomachinery engineering and technology.
    Possess extensive knowledge of energy markets, customers, and multidisciplinary assignments, such as system and design engineering.
    Demonstrate expertise in machine mechanical design, system design, and auxiliary design, along with experience in technical risk management.

    Have experience in technical risk management (Register, HAZOP, FMEA...)Be familiar with emerging technologies like microgrids, carbon capture and utilization, hydrogen production, and clean power generation.

    Be able to exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a keen focus on results, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
