For our brand-new office located in Milano Bicocca we are looking for a:

Partner Development Manager


MainStreaming is in a scaling phase; our team is going to expands internationally and our team is looking for new talents to join us.

We're currently on the lookout for a motivated Partner Development Manager with a specific focus on expanding our ISPs Interconnection and Partnerships.


In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with Internet Service Providers.

Your responsibilities include the management of relationships with ISPs, content providers, and network operators. Collaborating closely with our network teams, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding our services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and manage network peering relationships with ISPs, content providers, and other network operators;
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our services to potential partners, and to drive revenue growth;
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and crossfunctional teams, including direct and channel marketing, solution architects, product management, and account;
  • Create and maintain trusted contacts with both new business clients and already active ones, overseeing the entire process from the prospecting stage;
  • Accomplish targets and strategic goals, covering revenue milestones, pipeline expansion and the establishment of repeatable solutions;
  • Serve as the organization's ambassador at telecommunications industry events, advocating for our interests and establishing a strong presence;
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in CDN and video streaming technologies.

Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian other languages are a plus;
  • Sales/customer experience required, ideally in B2B tech/network/ telco;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information technology field;
  • Good Knowledge of Interconnection contracts as they relate to IP services, CDN servers and caching;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and healthy relationships with established peers and develop relationship with potential strategic peers;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with network partners and attend industry events.

Nice to have:


  • Previous experience in Telco or ISP.
  • Understanding of internet routing and peering protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
