Per essere preso/a in considerazione per un colloquio, la preghiamo di assicurarsi che la sua candidatura sia pienamente in linea con le specifiche del lavoro riportate di seguito.

• Full management of trade documentation from sales contracts to payment and shipment (SAP-based)

• Coordinate with banks for LC documentation, negotiation, and discrepancy resolution

• Monitor incoming payments, handle clearing, and follow up with customers on payment schedules

• Collaborate with HQ in Korea and logistic partners for smooth export operations

• Daily tracking of goods movement and analyzing transport lead times

• Ensure all trading and expense documentation is properly archived per Italian law

• Administrative support as necessary
(3 years) in LC documentation (UCP 600) and export operations

• Fluent English in writing and speaking

• Solid understanding of European import/export processes, customs, and Incoterms

• Hands-on experience using SAP in a logistics or trading environment (min. xkiyazw Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience in multinational or intercultural environments preferred
