Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Coordinate Project team allocating responsibilities and deliverables preparation with respect to company's internal procedures and project scope of work.
  • Perform the project scope of work in accordance with contractual and company's KPIs.
  • Be responsible of project and contract management documentation and act as the point of contact in front of the Clients.
  • Be responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of Environmental, Social, Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA), desktop studies, baseline planning and execution, sectorspecific Environmental and Social studies, Environmental and Social Due Diligence reports, Gap Analysis and Construction Monitoring audit reports etc.
  • Coordinate the working team staff and/or external subconsultants.
  • Control and manage project Profit &Loss in terms of budget, revenues, margin and invoices.
  • Support procurement office in interaction with sub contractors.
  • Support the business development group in completing proposals for project work.
  • Optional: Act as senior specialist (environmental or social related disciplines is a plus) reviewing compliance with project's commitments and applicable international requirements, and supporting in the reporting phase.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Solid experience in

Project Management:

at least 10-15 years of previous professional work experience in managing large international projects (is a plus in the area of Environmental, Social, Health, Impact Assessment).


  • Full command of Project management roles and responsiveness in the day to day duties.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety disciplines.
  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering (or similar), Environmental Sciences, Biology or Natural Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages is highly desirable (preferred French).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of audiences and ability to work in a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience and ability to work under pressure, on different projects and tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadline.
  • Attention to detail and orientation towards problem solving.
  • High level of competence with Microsoft Office, excellent word, power point and excel skills.
