Our Operational Restructuring & Turnaround practice focus on big ticket company side financial and operational restructuring assignments in addition to Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) /CEO/ CFO appointments.

Due to continued growth, A&M Italy are recruiting ambitious Analysts to join our Milan team.

The successful Analyst will:

Have the opportunity to work on multiple and challenging engagements across operational restructuring & turnaround

Work closely with Senior & Managing Directors and you will have direct exposure to senior client stakeholders

Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills while performing company-side advisory projects, short term cash flows and contingency planning assignment

Gain broad industry exposure and benefit from established formal training in addition to on the job learning and development.

Network internally and externally, both with our internal service lines and with the wider business community

Examples of projects may include preparation and challenge of business plans models, short term cash flow forecasting models, Interim CFO support, PMO and implementation of performance improvement initiatives and operational due diligence.

Requirements:

Ideally have a high grade of bachelors degree from an accredited top-tier university in accounting, business economics, management engineering or a similar discipline

1-2+ years of relevant experience in Consulting or Big 4 environment (previous full time work orpart-time/internshipexperience)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Fact-based and analytical approach, solution-focused, action-oriented

Previous experience in restructuring and/or turnaround situations is advantageous but not required

Fluency in Italian and English (additional European languages are also desirable)
