We are looking for an HR Administration - International (M/F/d) to join our team in our HQ in Ora (Bolzano)

  • Main tasks:_
  • Elaboration and revision of national and international employment contracts, management of hiring procedures and termination with all mandatory declarations, ensuring compliance with the reference standards in cooperation with external consultants in the various countries
  • Administrative tasks of the entire employee life cycle related to general personnel administration such as registration and maintenance of personal data and management of deadlines such as contracts, absences, declarations
  • Processing and control of attendance and absences for Italy and abroad
  • Preparatory activities for payroll processing through timely delivery of relevant data to external consultants
  • Close cooperation with payroll consultants for the implementation of labour law regulations and monitoring compliance with them, ensuring conformity requirements in the various European countries managed
  • Support for employees and group managers on various labour and personnel law issues
  • Skills & Requirements:_
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification
  • 35 years of professional experience preferably in the field of personnel administration and in international companies
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Fast understanding and strong organizational skills and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to use data as a basis for insights and decision making
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Flexibility, team spirit and strong relational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Preferably knowledge of German
  • Professional knowledge of MS-Office and preferably of Zucchetti programs
