We're looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for our HR office in Milan by temporary employment contract.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for our HR office in Milan by temporary employment contract.

Main activities and responsibilities:

Manages requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate
Conducts a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Law/Economics or related (essential)
Minimal experience in the role
Proactivity and curiosity towards the world of HRM
Good knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter is a must
Good knowledge of the Office package and familiarity with Excel and PP;
Good knowledge of English language
