- Design new mechanical components, assemblies and product modifications by Solidworks;
- Manage the bill of materials and process of industrialization;
- Manage costs, quality and timing of development/maintenance projects, using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM);
- Maintain/change existing products in order to enlarge the products range, to reach cost saving and quality improvement;
- Interact with project's internal and external stakeholders (e.g. project leader, laboratory, Product Managers, plant, Suppliers);
- Manage and execute small development projects.
- University Degree in Mechanical engineering;
- 3+ years of professional experience in R&D department within white goods (refrigeration) sector;
- experience with drawing software as SolidWorks or 2D/3D technical design;
- good knowledge on new plastic materials and production process with high content of design;
- analytical and planning skills;
- ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines;
- problem solving attitude and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English.
