About the Regional Sales Manager Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your people skills and hospitality expertise to communicate and pitch hotels of diverse sizes, providing solutions for their challenges.

This role offers a distinct opportunity where you will gain invaluable experience within a thriving startup.


What You'll Do

• Drive and manage the full sales cycle from identifying potential hotel partners, reaching out to hotel management to initiate discussions, promote LuggAgent's solutions, to conducting negotiations on our behalf, and closing deals with the selected hotels.
• Work with sales team to customize proposals for hotel clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Regular progress reports on the pitching and negotiation process
• Continuously improve internal knowledge base

What We Prefer

• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
• Outbound sales experience
• Strong Selfmotivation to close deals and drive to continually grow
• Native or fluent in English and Italian
