    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Japanese Speaking HR Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and onboarding activities, with expertise in utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records, coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or any other related field

    • Fluent-level Japanese proficiency

    • Business-level English proficiency

    • Solid experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced multinational company environment
