The role
We are hiring a Senior Global Operations Associate to strengthen operational performance across Italy.

You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

What We Are Looking For
Fluent Italian and English
Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
Hands-on experience working in Italy
Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving
Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment
