Key Responsibilities_

We are looking for an exceptional Beauty Advisor to join our expanding team. Your primary responsibility is to generate instore sales, contribute to brand awareness and retail sales to influence the Brand's instore success. You will drive sales performance, ATV/AUS growth, personal development and growth of the customer database by providing excellent & exceptional customer service.

Some responsibilities include:
_

To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers._
To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets._
To develop excellent instore relationships with management/peers._
To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountability for all deliverables._
To demonstrate an in depth and fluent knowledge of all the Brand's products, collections, features and benefits through detailed training with the education team._
To have wide skincare knowledge in general and to understand all methods, techniques, layering and suitability of the Brand's products._
