PanzerGlass is one of the leading brands in screen protection on a global scale. You will be responsible for delivering sales revenue according to growth targets leveraging the PanzerGlass 'Sales Operating Model'. This roles gives you a great opportunity to develop further within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities
You can expect to excel in managing Retail Channels throughout Italy. The overarching goal is to nurture and expand the Retail segment across all regions.


Your specific duties will include:

  • Visiting retail stores to conduct sales training and events.
  • Creating and executing Sales and Marketing plans for Retail Customers across Italy.
  • Overseeing designated Retail accounts and identifying opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Implementing valueadded services provided by PanzerGlass.
  • Identifying and establishing connections with key stakeholders.
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date to ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and Hammerdays.

Your profile
We're looking for someone with sales experience in similar products and sales channels. You're already based in Italy, ideally close to major cities. You should have a proven track record of delivering good sales results.

A customer-centric approach, coupled with the ability to foster strategic partnerships, is essential. Analytical skills will help you leverage data for a competitive edge. Given PanzerGlass's dynamic nature, you must be prepared for rapid and ongoing changes.

The role will require daily travel for customer visits within Italy. Therefore, flexibility is essential. Like us, you have a positive attitude and view challenges as opportunities for growth. Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills and are proficient in English for business purposes.
