• We are currently looking for a Plant Manager in Avezzano (Italy) to join us
  Context:

Our Avezzano Plant has been created to supply a local based semiconductor client. As our Plant Manager you will be supporting the client as well as managing a team of 4.


In summary you:

• Are responsible for operations and maintenance of the Avezzano plants and backpad equipment.
• Supervise the 3 plant technicians and plant Admin.
• Supervise external and Internal resources working on maintenance of the plants and back pad equipment.

The Avezzano plants and back pad equipment include all associated equipment including:

• Cooling Towers
• CCCW system
• Compressors
• Cold box
• Expander
• CDA Package
• Analysers
• Purifiers

As the Plant Manager you will:

• Support the Avezzano plants and back pad operations
• Direct supervision of external contractors. Includes Safety work permit issuing
• Compliance to Air Products standards and processes including work permits, safety standards, to ensure safe working at all times

Your profile:

• Background in running small projects. We can imagine you've had a supervisory role and are now looking for your next career step.
• Understanding of ASU PLANT process
• Safety has your highest priority at all times
• Experience in the gas/Semiconductor industry is beneficial
• Understanding of a ERP system.
• A fluency in English and Italian
