_ MAIN RESPONSABILITIES_

In tender:


  • Detail the tender schedule based on Reference Library templates, gap analysis, Métiers commitments, and PXO (Project Métiers organization such as PIO / Project Industrial Organization) tender strategy
  • Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule,
  • Include in the project schedule the interfaces with the partners and the Customer,
  • Deliver on time all schedule deliverables down to the requested level,

In contract or program execution:


  • Build the project schedule based on internal standard WBS, contractual targets and data provided by the PrPM,
  • Contribute with the PrPM to Earned Value Management,
  • Perform schedule analysis to identify gaps or schedule issues
  • Participate to periodic project schedule sessions
  • Prepare P&FM at platform level and partecipate to build up P&FM for Italy Service Unit
  • Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline,
  • Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports for Customer or Lead Unit or Partners.
  • Prepare workload (forecast and actual) periodically

  • Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates.

  • time delivery of all requested tender deliverables requested to fulfil RFP requirements,

time delivery of schedule analysis for decisions by the

Tender Team:
critical paths for main milestones, planning risks, standard metrics measuring schedule robustness
- list of potential gaps between project schedule defined in tender and Platform Reference Library schedule

Educational Requirements:

Engineering degree (mandatory)


Experience:
Graduate Job

Project scheduling (desiderable)

Knowledge of different scheduling tools (desiderable)


Competencies & Skills

  • Basic overall knowledge of railway products and systems
  • Agility to juggle with schedules simulations and various scenarios
  • Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker, multitasking mode
  • Comfortable in an international and a multicultural environment.
