    Overview


    The Visual Design Specialist is responsible for defining the Brand display guidelines, ensuring that the visual merchandising image is consistent with company standards and the identity of the collections. The role includes setting up the Visual Merchandising books, shop window and merchandising installations, and developing training activities to transfer company logic and visual merchandising techniques.

    Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Style office and supporting the Head of Visual Merchandising Design by participating in the creation of the Brand's display guidelines for relevant seasons and special projects. The role also covers the organization and implementation of creation activities (Book V.M.) in accordance with company standards and the identity of the collections, guaranteeing an adequate level of image. It supports the Manager in the six-monthly placement of resources on internships and in organizing training activities, drafts exhibition guidelines for points of sale, and designs and provides both general and visual training for each project to develop and keep the know-how of market representatives updated.

    The role promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities. It also promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function, relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business. The specialist adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the care of the environment, business processes and organizational community.

    Responsibilities

    • Define Brand display guidelines and ensure visuals align with company standards and collection identities.
    • Set up Visual Merchandising books, shop window displays, and merchandising installations.
    • Develop training activities to transfer visual merchandising techniques and company logic.
    • Communicate with the Style office and support the Head of Visual Merchandising Design in creating seasonal and special project guidelines.
    • Organize and implement creation activities (Book V.M.) in accordance with company standards.
    • Guarantee an adequate level of image across displays and materials.
    • Support internal resource placement for internships and organize related training activities.
    • Draft exhibition guidelines for points of sale.
    • Design and deliver general and visual training for each project to maintain know-how among market representatives.
    • Create setups for internal product presentations.
    • Promote role learning through proactive, team and digital activities to foster innovation and efficiency.
    • Promote and develop the use of digital technologies in process management and stakeholder relations.
    • Model behaviors and promote actions for Sustainable Development in environmental care, business processes, and organizational community.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of English (B2).
    • Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years).
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
